What is your return policy?
Fiddlers Green wants to make sure you are happy with your purchase. We offer a 30 day, 100% money back refund for any new un-used product. If the product has been used, or if the factory sealed packaging has been opened, it is no longer considered new, and then the refund will be determined based on the condition of the returned item. In all cases, returns must be made prior to 30 days from purchase and sent to Fiddlers Green in Eugene, OR. Please note that items purchased in November and December have extended return dates up until January 31.
How do I make a return and/or exchange?
All returns and/or exchanges must be sent to Fiddler Green location in Eugene, Oregon. Before shipping back to us, call us at (800) 548-5500 and our customer service will assist you through our product return process. All returns must have have prior approval or they may incur a $25 re-stocking fee.
What if my shipment arrives damaged?
Give us a call at (800) 548-5500 so we can determine the best course of action to get you a replacement product. Make sure to keep the packaging and damaged goods in the same condition as when it was delivered should an inspection by the carrier be necessary.
How long does it take to process my refund?
Once the refund has been processed, it typically takes 2-3 business days to be reflected on your credit card account.
Who pays for the return shipping?
Return shipping is paid by the customer. If you are sending back a new item for an exchange, Fiddlers Green will cover the cost for the return shipping back to you.
