Account Information
Do I have to create an account to order from fiddlersgreen.com?
No, you may place an online order without creating an account. However, setting up a fiddlersgree.com account has so many benefits. Type your info once, and we'll make sure you have quicker, easier checkouts every time you shop with us. Also, you can view your order history and create a wish list. Create an account now
How do I access and edit my account?
You will be asked to sign in before accessing personal information. To sign in, enter your email address and your fiddlersgreen.com password on the My Account page. You can manage all aspects of your account from this page (view recent orders, view wish list, save billing/shipping addresses, set newsletter preferences and change your password).
Ordering
Do you collect sales tax?
No. There is no sales tax if ordered either via Internet, phone, or purchased from our retail store.
What are my payment options?
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover. If you prefer not to complete your online order with payment information, you may also submit your order online WITHOUT payment information and someone from Fiddler's Green will contact you to finalize your payment details. Another option is to print out your order and fax it to Fiddler's Green. This method allows you to write in your payment information and submit your order to Fiddler's Green via Fax (541)-689-8367.
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. We use the latest encryption technology to keep your information safe.
How do I place my International Order?
You may submit your order information in one of three ways. 1) Secure Online Order: You may place your order online, including billing information. The shipping cost will be determined when your order is received. Someone from Fiddler's Green will contact you before your order is completed. 2) Contact Order: Submit your order online (without payment information) and someone from Fiddler's Green will contact you to finalize your payment details and shipping cost. 3) Fax Order: Print out your order and fax it to Fiddler's Green. This method allows you to write in your payment information and submit your order to Fiddler's Green via Fax (541)-689-8367. Someone from Fiddler's Green will contact you to finalize your order details and shipping cost.
How long does it typically take to process my order?
Fiddler's Green values your business and its our goal to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Orders are typically processed in 1 business day from the time of purchase. In-stock items ship within 1 business day from the time of purchase. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be processed the following business day. Fiddler's Green store hours March through December are 8 a.m.- 8 p.m. (Pacific). January and February store hours are 8 a.m.- 6 p.m.
What happens if an item in my order is out of stock?
Someone from Fiddler's Green will contact you if an item on your order happens to be out of stock. It's likely that we will have the item on order and can fill your order shortly. If you prefer not to wait, of course you are welcome to modify or cancel your order.
How can I check on my order?
We offer online order status, a feature that will let you check on your past and pending orders. Click the Track Order link at the top of any page. Just enter your email address and order number. If you have a fiddlersgreen.com account, you can Log In and view your recent orders and order history.

Shipping
What are my shipping options?
Domestic Orders ship via UPS, and you are able to choose any of the expidited UPS services during the checkout process. International orders ship via DHL. Your shipping cost cannot be determined online at this time. Upon receipt of your order, someone from Fiddler's Green will contact you to finalize your order with shipping cost.
Do you ship worldwide?

When will my order arrive?
In stock items generally ship within 1 business day pending credit card approval. Orders ship via UPS. UPS Ground takes 1-5 business days. The attached image shows transit times for UPS Ground.
Can I track the package?

Gift Certificates / Gift Services
Does fiddlersgreen.com offer any gift services?
Yes. Fiddler's Green offers free gift wrap for most items and a convenient bill to / ship to option for orders. If you would like to take advantage of free gift wrapping, please type your request in the Special Instructions box on the online order form during checkout. Fiddler's Green also offers Gift Certificates, available in any amount.
How do I order a gift certificate?
Gift Certificates are available for purchase online in certain denominations. If you would like a certificate for an amount not listed online, please call 800-548-5500 and place your order. For online certificate orders, please use the Special Instructions box on the online form during checkout to indicate who the certificate is TO: and FROM:. We can also include a special message on the certificate.
How do I redeem a gift certificate?
A Fiddler's Green Gift Certificate can be redeemed at our Pro Shop or via phone order. Unfortunately, Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed online at this time. Gift Certificates cannot be redeemed for cash. Unfortunately, Gift Certificates cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.
Return / Exchange Policies
How do I return an item?
If you believe a product was shipped in error from Fiddler's Green, turns out to be defective or damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service (Monday through Friday 8-4 PST) so we can resolve the problem. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
If you purchase an item from us and wish to return it, you may do so either in-person or via an insured, traceable shipping service for an exchange or purchase price refund so long as it is new and unused, and in its original packaging. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Items that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.
The following products may NOT be returned: 1. Used merchandise. 2. Special orders. 3. Custom golf clubs. 4. Personalized items.
All return shipping charges must be prepaid (we will not accept return items shipped to us C.O.D.).
All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from Fiddler's Green or fiddlersgreen.com. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.
