Shipping Information

Whenever possible, we ship orders via United FedEx Ground Home Delivery. Our policy is to strive for the best combination of price and service possible for your shipment.

Next Day Air shipments will arrive the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after departing The Fiddler's Green® Pro Shop. Next Day Air Saturday Service available for Saturday deliveries; this is an upgraded UPS Service. Saturday delivery not available in all areas. Please call for Next Day Saturday Service. Some shipments to remote locations may require additional time in transit.

Second Day Air shipments arrive by the end of the second business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after departing the Fiddler's Green Pro Shop. Deliveries to remote locations in Alaska may take an additional 1-5 days.

On-time delivery for both air methods is guaranteed by UPS. The guarantee does not apply to FedEx shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond FedEx's control, including but not limited to the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment; riots, strikes or other labor disputes; civil unrest; disruptions in air or ground transportation networks; natural disasters and Mother Nature.

Over the Holidays shipping time is NOT Guaranteed by FedEx, do to the high flow of packages.

Orders will NOT be shipped out on 11/24, 12/24, 12/25 or 12/26. As well as 12/31, 1/1/12 and 1/2/12. FedEx will not be operational on those days.


Shipping delays may occur during busy holidays or in the spring -- we will do our best to accommodate last minute and expedited orders placed during these times.

Most orders are shipping within 48 hours of online placement. Orders must be placed by Noon (Pacific) Monday-Friday in order to be eligible for that day's Next Day Air or 2-Day Air shipments. Orders placed on the weekends will not be shipped until Monday, so please take this into consideration when specifying expedited shipping requests.
