Returns

Fiddler's Green® is committed to providing products of high quality and value. 

If you believe a product was shipped in error from Fiddler's Green, turns out to be defective or damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service (Monday through Friday 8-4 PST) so we can resolve the problem. All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. 

If you purchase an item from us and wish to return it, you may do so either in-person or via an insured, traceable shipping service for an exchange or purchase price refund so long as it is new and unused, and in its original packaging. Items purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack may not be returned individually. Items that do not meet these requirements will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued. 

The following products may NOT be returned: 
1. Used merchandise. 
2. Special orders. 
3. Custom golf clubs. 
4. Personalized items. 

All return shipping charges must be prepaid (we will not accept return items shipped to us C.O.D.). 

All returns must be made within 30 days of receipt. 
Returns and exchanges are accepted only for items purchased from Fiddler's Green or fiddlersgreen.com. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment. We will only refund shipping charges if we've sent the wrong item or if the item sent is defective.
